2.腰大肌伸展(psoas stretch)
3.大腿四頭肌伸展(thighs stretch)
4.大腿二頭肌伸展(hamstrings stretch)
5.小腿肌伸展(calf stretch)

每個動作維持至少45秒到一分鐘
